Celebrate your child’s birthday at Blackberry Farm Park! With private activities and lots of play it’s the perfect day.
The booking times available are as follows:
11am – 1pm
2pm – 4pm
(Please arrive 10/15 minutes before to settle into the barn)
• You will be asked to arrive at your Party Room for your allocated time
• Your Food/Drinks and any additional extras will be in the Room waiting for you
• You and your group once the party has finished will be able to enjoy the rest of your day at Blackberry Farm Park.
We do kindly ask that you promptly leave your party cabin at your allocated finish time of either 1pm or 4pm. This allows us time to clean and sanitise the Party Room to Keep Everyone Safe at Blackberry Farm.
Although your official party may end after 2 hours you are more than welcome to enjoy the rest of the day at the farm. If you book the 2pm slot, you are more than welcome to come onto the farm prior to your party time!
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide the birthday cake and parents are responsible for supervising children throughout the day. Due to other parties and the many other activities we run each day, parties must start at the time stated – should any of your guests be late they will be brought to join the party by a member of staff. PARTY START TIMES CANNOT BE DELAYED.

Additional Adults and Siblings
Additional adults and children are standard admission and will not be included in the party.
If you would like to cover the cost of any additional adults or children their names must be provided with the party guest list to avoid any confusion upon arriving at the park.
Children Under 2
The ‘Children Under 2 Free’ offer does not apply to Birthday Parties.
Catering
The price of the party includes a Party Feast – please see the Party Feast Menu to see what is included. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements such as Vegetarian, Gluten or Dairy free. Please add £1.50 per child. Call us on 01825 872912 or email info@blackberry-farm.co.uk to discuss.
Rearranging or Cancellations
On booking a £50 non refundable deposit will be taken If you need to postpone or rearrange your party please call us on 01825 872912 . Please be advised if you cancel your party your deposit is non-refundable.
