Tickets available for online purchase are as follows:

Tickets are sold as single, date specific, individual tickets, at low mid or high season (seasonally dependant).

Tickets purchased online include all daily activities and attractions unless otherwise specified. This does not include separately ticketed events unless purchased during the check out.

Purchases are required for the following; Animal Feed, Pony Rides, Mini Golf, Pumpkins and Pumpkin Carving, Santas Grotto, Coin rides. Each coin ride costs £2 and are purchasable by cash or contactless (Machine dependant)

Tickets do not include food, drinks, ice-creams, snacks, or retail items. Once payment has been made, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Online Tickets Terms & Conditions of Use

• Tickets are not eligible for refunds or returns.

• Tickets are not for resale. Please note that any tickets not purchased directly from Blackberry Farm Park will be invalidated for use in gaining access to the park.

• Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates and may be eligible to bring with them an essential companion who will be granted free entry on production of a valid Access Card or IGO Card showing the personal support +1 symbol. Evidence must be valid and in-date. Such evidence must be shown to the admissions team on entry. If evidence is not brought or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required. Disabled visitors must be 2 and above in order to receive an eligible essential companion free of charge.

• All tickets must be linked to a valid email address to receive your booking confirmation. If you choose to opt-in to our email updates, your details will be added to our database, but never passed on to any other company. There is an option to unsubscribe within every email we send.

• Upon payment through the secure system, a booking reference with a unique number and QR code will be automatically sent to the email address used to make the booking. This can be printed out prior to your visit or displayed on a smart phone to admit you into the Farm Park.

• Possession of the booking reference will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the relevant number and type of tickets purchased.

• Tickets not used by expiry date shown will not be replaced under any circumstances. This includes special offer tickets which are valid for only the date specified on the ticket. Special Offer tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed on any other day.

• Each ticket can only be used once. Once validated at reception and access gained to the Park, the ticket will become void. Reimbursement will NOT be given on the cost of tickets for customers that take out Blackberry Farm Park Annual Membership on the day of their visit. Membership must be taken out PRIOR to purchasing tickets that day via our online membership form..

• Children under the age of 2 years will be admitted free of charge. Any child aged 2 or over will be required to purchase an admission ticket. Additional tickets will be available to purchase at the park if required and will be sold at the relevant gate price for the date of your visit.

• Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 or over at all times. Children must be supervised at all times around Blackberry Farm Park. • Some rides have age restrictions for safety and/or insurance reasons.

• Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be altered, changed, closed, removed or be otherwise unavailable without prior notice. We reserve the right to change programmes of rides and attractions as necessary.

• Some activities are at set times throughout the day – visit our what’s on today page on our website for available times.

• All prices are subject to change.

• The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

• No dogs or pets are permitted to enter the park. Except for fully registered assistance dogs in a harness (proof of registration may be requested).

• Discount vouchers, coupons and other offers are not valid in conjunction with any online or already discounted rates. We DO NOT accept voucher codes from any external websites.

• Parents/Guardians are responsible for considering the suitability of the venue prior to their visit, and to provide adequate supervision for the safety of their clients/persons in their care, with sufficient consideration for the safety and experience of other visiting guests.

• All persons entering Blackberry Farm Park must have a valid entrance ticket.

• Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. • Credit card payments use secure gateway and all transactions with Worldpay.
